All of these writing instruments are handcrafted here in Perth by myself and incorporate Australian timbers carefully selected for their colour and figure, combined with top quality mechanisms that feature unique designs and the use of brilliant hard-wearing metals such as Rhodium, Platinum, Titanium and Gold. I also make pens using bodies in acrylic and polyester resins. Some of these resins are cast by myself making them absolutely unique. All pens in this section are supplied in presentation boxes. All pens are also supplied with a "Story Card" detailing relevant information about the materials used and the type of refills required. |

Some special resins and timbers are individually priced. Pens featured here that have a "Buy Now" button associated with them are immediately available. The Pen pictured is the one you will receive. I am happy to custom make any other combination of timber, resin and metal work finish. email us with your requirements Custom pens can often be ready for you very quickly. Rather than having pens fully assembled, I am starting to build reserves of pen barrels that I have turned and polished and have ready to assemble, allowing a client to select a metalwork finish to be matched with their choice of timber or resin. Rollerball pens are fitted with high quality German made Schmidt® or Hauser® refills that are readily available world wide. Fountain pens are fitted with piston style converters for use with bottled ink, or can be used with disposable cartridges such as those produced by Private Reserve®, Noodlers®, Diamine®, Sailor® and Montblanc® among many others. Fountain Pens comes standard with a good quality steel nib in a medium point. I can change the standard nib for a semi-flex steel version in either fine or medium point for an extra charge of AU$9.50. For an additional cost of between AU$110 and AU$130 (depending on the style) you can up-grade to a superb 18k solid gold nib in either a fine or medium point. Nibs may be purchased separately in case of accidental damage. |
