Clicking on the "Buy Now" button will take you to a new page where your purchase/s are listed. It is here that you can modify the quantity required and see cost calculated.

Having done so, simply use the "Back" button of your browser to return to your previous page, or use the "Go to Payments" button to complete your transaction.

Finalising a purchase using the shopping cart does not automatically debit your credit card. We are made aware of your requirements and only if the items are available in the required quantities, and after accurately calculating postage, will we debit your card.

If we need to obtain additional stock to meet your order, we will contact you to confirm that this is acceptable and also advise of the expected lead-time for delivery.

No payment is taken until we are ready to send the goods you require.

There are no "handling" charges and we will calculate the cost of postage as accurately as possible.

There is a comments and enquiry box on the shopping cart page where you can request a quote on delivery if you wish.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When you complete your transaction using the shopping cart, your credit card will not be debited until the postage has been calculated by us. This will be done as accurately as possible. We do not charge for "handling" or "packaging".

You have the option of using MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and Direct Deposit for your purchases via the shopping cart.

You can also contact us directly to arrange other options if preferred, such as PayPal, cheque or direct deposit or to provide your card details, if you prefer not to use the cart system.

Providing your information.

It is recommended that you use the option provided during the payment process to record your information for future purchases. This will save you having to resubmit your details every time you purchase from us. This information is actually stored on your own computer in the form of a "cookie".

Notifications.

You also have the option of choosing to receive notification of upcoming specials and matters of interest such as new lines being introduced. These communications will only occur occasionally, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Security.

The shopping cart section of our web-site is hosted on a secure server. Shop with us in complete confidence.

Placing an Order

Your credit card is not automatically debited when you finish using our shopping cart. We are notified that you have placed an order and we then log into a secure server to access your payment details for authorisation by our bank. Before doing the transaction, we will check the true cost of postage, and charge only that amount.

If you are not comfortable using a shopping cart, you may email us your order and we will contact you to discuss other payment options.

Overseas Customers and Tax

All prices shown on our web-site include GST (Goods and Service Tax) which does not apply to overseas customers. We are happy to quote you the GST free prices and shipping costs. For your information, the GST rate in Australia is 10% (ten percent).

As an example, a product selling for $110 contains GST of $10, ($100 + 10% = $110). To remove or calculate the GST component of a retail price, take one-eleventh off the retail price, eg. $110/11 = $10 GST.

Payment Options

On-Line: Shopping cart using MasterCard, Visa or PayPal. You also have the option of selecting Direct Deposit, in which case we will contact you with the cost including postage and provide you with our bank account details for the deposit.

By email or telephone: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit or personal cheque. Please note that goods will not be released or dispatched until the funds have been cleared in our account. With cheques and Direct Deposits, this may take a couple of business days.

Delivery

By default is by Australia Post. We use Express Satchels within Australia that are priced as follows:

Up to 500 grams in weight = AU$7.50

500 grams to 3 kilograms in weight = $10.50

5 kg Express Satchels for bulkier items = $18.50

There is a minimum charge within Australia of $7.50

There is a minimum charge for overseas of $15.50

Overseas postage, by default is by Airmail. Australia Post charges entirely by weight for overseas parcels and there are limits to the weight and dimensions for such parcels.

We will always accurately calculate your postal costs and charge only that amount.
